Dr Christopher Kong San Choon is a specialist in the field of Gastroenterology who was inducted as a Member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland in 1999. He completed his training in General Internal Medicine (GIM) and Gastroenterology in the UK, and was accredited into the United Kingdom Speciality register in 2007 for both GIM and Gastroenterology.

Being active in medical research, he was awarded his Doctorate in Medicine, United Kingdom, in 2008 after a 2-year period in translational medical research using molecular and microbiological techniques in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).

Dr Kong has been involved in multiple clinical trials and research studies, with multiple publications in scientific and clinical journals.

In open competition, he was awarded the much sought-after post of Clinical Fellow in interventional Endoscopy in the internationally renowned University College Hospital, London, United Kingdom. Awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) Fellowship, Dr Kong completed his Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) training in St Thomas’ Hospital, London, in 2018.

Dr Kong performed the first motorised spiral enteroscopy in South East Asia in 2019, a new technique which makes it possible for small intestines to be thoroughly examined in just 30 minutes, in contrast to 6 hours by balloon-assisted endoscopes.

Dr Kong helped set up the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology in Sengkang General Hospital as Clinical Lead of the department. He previously served as Senior Consultant in Singapore General Hospital and was Director of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Centre.

Dr Misa Noda is a Japanese speaking Paediatrician with a special interest in Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine.

Dr Misa completed her Paediatrics Medicine residency and obtained her specialist accreditation in Paediatrics Medicine in 2022. During this period, she actively mentored junior doctors and medical students, contributing to their professional development.

From 2022 to 2023, Dr Misa served as an Associate Consultant in Paediatrics Medicine and Adolescent Medicine at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital where she played a pivotal role in overseeing ward activities conducted by junior doctors.

Dr Misa also managed multidisciplinary care of patients in the Weight Management Clinic, Adolescent Medicine clinic, and the Sexual Health clinic. Her responsibilities extended to the General Paediatrics clinic, where she attended to patients referred from the community and the hospital wards.

Beyond her clinical skills, Dr Misa brings a compassionate touch and a keen awareness of the specific healthcare needs of various patients. As a native Japanese herself, she possesses a cultural understanding and sensitivity that enhance her ability to connect with patients and their families from the Japanese community.

Dr Kok Wai Leong is an accredited dermatologist with a special interest in eczema, psoriasis, photodermatology and skin cancers. He is well versed in the treatment of difficult inflammatory and immunological skin conditions, as well as the use of biologic therapy and phototherapy. He treats children and adult dermatology conditions, performs skin surgery as well as cosmetic and laser procedures.

Prior to private practice, Dr Kok was a Visiting Consultant at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and at the Singapore National Skin Centre. He was also a Visiting Consultant at the Department of Dermatology, Singapore General Hospital.

Dr Kok is proficient in the management of occupational-related skin diseases. He is a medical assessor at the Civil Aviation Medical Board, and a visiting consultant dermatologist at the Singapore Armed Forces Military Medicine Institute.

Dr Kok has also accrued accolades in service excellence and clinical quality, which is a testament to his commitment to building strong doctor-patient relationships. To date, he is known to deliver personalised treatment tailored to the needs of his patients. This is thanks to his strong belief that each patient should be cared for uniquely, despite any similarity of the case.

Dr Kok has a keen interest in clinical research and his work has been presented in regional and international meetings. He has scientific publications in distinguished peer-reviewed journals and is a reviewer for international journals.

He was a clinical tutor with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (NUS), and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (NTU), and has received an award in teaching, in recognition of his efforts in education.

Dr Pandya is a specialist in advanced internal medicine with a focus on areas such as acute and general medicine, as well as chronic disease management. Basic and advanced training in internal medicine has granted Dr Pandya a holistic view on adult and elderly patient care for treatment of a broad spectrum of health conditions and diseases.

With an additional qualification in sleep medicine, Dr Pandya has experience running an independent sleep clinic since 2017 where she manages various sleep disorders for patients. Her work also includes analysis of raw data for sleep study and report sleep studies.

Dr Pandya is also passionate about teaching, serving as an assistant professor at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, where she has earned multiple awards, including Outstanding Tutor in 2019 and Good Interactive and Didactic Teacher in 2022.

Dr Pandya has worked as a patient safety officer for 5 years and has received a recognition award for her right siting project.

Beyond her clinical work and teaching, Dr Pandya serves as Secretary of the Singapore Sleep Society, playing a role in administrative functions and supporting the team in its growth. Her responsibilities also include attending key meetings, highlighting her dedication to advancing the field of sleep medicine.
