Dr Lam Pin Min is the CEO of Eagle Eye Centre and opthalmologist with a special interest in paediatric ophthalmology. Dr Lam graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1993 and obtained his postgraduate qualifications – FRCS (Edinburgh) and MMed (Ophthalmology) in 2000.

Dr Lim Wee Kiak is the co-founder and Vice Chairman of Eagle Eye Centre. He is a specialist in Ocular Inflammation, Immunology and Uveitis and has authored 26 scientific peer-reviewed publications and 9 book chapters. Dr Lim is an accredited LASIK eye surgeon since 2003 and has performed thousands of eye surgeries including complex cataracts surgeries.

Dr Paul Zhao has significant experience in the medical management of retina patients with age-related macular degeneration, retinal vascular disorders, diabetic eye disease, retinal dystrophies and intraocular infections. Dr Zhao also performs complex cataract surgery and is trained in using femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery and the use of intraocular lenses for correction of astigmatism and presbyopia.

Dr Stephanie Young is particularly interested in eyelid surgery for functional and cosmetic indications, and treats many patients with droopy eyelids, eyelid malpositions, double eyelid creation and more. She is also well-versed in General Ophthalmology and manages conditions such as dry eyes and tearing, and performs screening for eye disorders like cataracts, glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy.

Dr Chong is a Consultant Eye Surgeon with special interests in Cataract and Refractive surgery as well as Comprehensive Ophthalmology. Including management of general conditions such as dry eyes, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, floaters, retinal tears, refractive errors (myopia, presbyopia, astigmatism) and paediatric myopia control.
