Joint commission international in quality approval accreditation
After undergoing a rigorous on-site survey in January 2020, our flagship hospital Mahkota Medical Centre is now the first JCI-accredited hospital in Melaka. Joint Commission International (JCI) is the international gold standard to ensure best healthcare practices in quality and patient safety.

Malaysian society for quality in health (msqh) accreditation
Mahkota Medical Centre and Regency Specialist Hospital have both successfully received a full four year accreditation for MSQH. MSQH is dedicated to improving the quality of the nation’s health care through voluntary accreditation. The Malaysian Hospital Accreditation Standards are intended to stimulate continuous, systematic improvement in an organization’s performance and the outcomes of care.
