    Dr Tay pursued his sub-speciality interest in Head and Neck surgery after completing the two-year Singhealth Duke-NUS Head and Neck Surgical Oncology Fellowship programme (2016-2018). This fellowship was concurrent to his role as an Associate Consultant in the ENT department during those two years, for which he was performing general ENT practice.
