ICON Singapore - Chin Weijia, Group CEO of HMI Medical: "We must disrupt ourselves before we are disrupted by others."

Founded in 1998, HMI Medical initially started with hospital operations and has now developed into a regional healthcare network spanning Southeast Asia, serving millions of patients annually.

Last year, Chin Wei Jia was awarded the Ernst & Young Singapore Entrepreneur of the Year Award, also winning an award in the healthcare category. This June, she will represent Singapore in the Ernst & Young World Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Speaking about this recognition, she attributes it to her team.
