Ms Chin Wei Jia is the Executive Director and Group CEO of HMI Medical.

Since she joined in 2002, Wei Jia held various senior management positions, including Group General Manager and CEO of Regency Specialist Hospital in Malaysia. Since her appointment as Group CEO in 2015, Wei Jia has led various digital transformation and community health initiatives which include the development of an integrated platform to enhance health management for individuals, corporates and communities at large. HMI has also been growing organically and through strategic mergers and acquisitions that broadened its service portfolio from primary care, telemedicine, medical diagnostics, ambulatory and specialty care, tertiary care, to healthcare training and corporate health administration. Today, HMI serves over 3 million lives annually, through a full suite of digital and physical services.

Committed to business excellence, Wei Jia is a newly co-opted council member of the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), and an active member of the Malaysia-Singapore Business Council and Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry Career Women's Group Committee. She was also previously a member of the Public Guardian Advisory Committee and Board of Enterprise Singapore.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (summa cum laude) in Economics and International Relations from Boston University and a Masters of Arts in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
