HANA TERMS OF USE
    Date: 12 November 2025
    • 1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your (“User” or “you”) access to and use of HANA, an AI-powered digital assistant provided by HMI Digital Pte. Ltd. (“HMI Medical”).

By using HANA, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use HANA.

      2. Purpose of HANA

HANA is an AI-powered digital assistant designed to help users explore available doctors, clinics, and appointment times, schedule, modify, or cancel appointments, and/or provide limited general information about participating healthcare providers.

HANA uses automated decision-making to suggest doctors, locations, and times based on your inputs and preferences. If you require further clarification or wish to speak directly to a human representative, you may request this at any time during your interaction.

HANA does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.

      3. Eligibility

By using HANA, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this service. You further confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to make appointments for yourself or another person with consent.

      4. User Responsibilities

      You agree to:

      (a) Provide accurate, and up-to-date information.

      (b) Use HANA only for lawful purposes.

      (c) Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the system.

      5. Appointment Booking and Confirmation

Appointment availability, times, and doctor assignments are subject to change. All appointments are subject to confirmation by the clinic or provider. Consequently, booking requests are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message or email.

You are responsible for verifying your appointment details and further managing your own appointments.

      6. Privacy and Data Use

HANA collects and processes user data as described in the Privacy Policy (https://www.hmimedical.com/privacy-policy). By using HANA, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data as necessary for arranging appointments, service improvement and the other purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.

For the avoidance of doubt, your personal data may be shared with the relevant healthcare providers for appointment arrangement purposes.

      7. Disclaimers

HANA is provided on an “as-is”, “where-is” and “as-available” basis. HMI Medical makes no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, regarding its fitness of use, or on the accuracy, completeness, or availability of information provided.

HMI Medical is not responsible for any errors in scheduling, delays in communication, or unavailability of healthcare providers.

      8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HMI Medical is not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, loss of profits, goodwill, or data), damages or liabilities of any kind howsoever arising from your use or inability to use HANA, including, without limitation, missed appointments or miscommunications with the selected healthcare providers.

      9. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

      10. Modifications to the Terms

HMI Medical may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HANA after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

      11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
