Dr Eileen Tay is dual-fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in shoulder & elbow. She is trained in ligament reconstructions, joint replacements and arthroscopies for the upper limb.Upon completion of her fellowships in 2018, she took up the position of Head of Division of Shoulder and Elbow at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.

She also served as an Associate Program Director of the Orthopaedic Residency programme at the National University Health System (NUHS) cluster.
