    Introduction

    Dr Lim is a senior orthopaedic surgeon awarded with the prestigious Ministry of Health Scholarship for dual advanced fellowship training in Stanford Hospital, Stanford University, USA; and Nuffield Orthopaedic centre, Oxford University, UK. Being part of a handful of orthopaedic surgeons in Singapore with a completed clinical fellowship in the United States, Dr Lim is also one of only three orthopaedic surgeons who has been accepted as an International Fellow of American College of Surgeons.

    Dr Lim has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles to date. His main research interest is in biomechanical analysis of hip, knee and ankle prosthesis and research into interventions that prolong prosthesis longevity and survival.
