Dr. Harvard Lin is renowned for his expertise in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery (such as incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse) and minimally invasive surgery for complex gynaecologic conditions : endometriosis and fibroids. With an impressive academic background and a passion for advancing healthcare, Dr. Lin's contributions extend beyond clinical practice to education, research, and leadership in his field.

As the Chief Coordinator of Gynaecologic Services at the National University Health System (NUHS), Dr. Lin plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality care for women's health. His leadership is also evident in his position as the Deputy Clinical Director of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at NUHS, where he contributes to shaping gynaecologic practices and growth across the cluster including Ng Teng Fong Hospital, Alexandra Hospital and Jurong Medical Centre.

Dr. Lin's dedication to advancing surgical techniques is highlighted by his role as the Minimally Invasive Surgery Accreditation Lead in NUHS. He pioneered and structured the minimally invasive surgery in gynaecology program, which has not only scaled the standards of care but also enabled newly promoted consultants to excel in performing complex surgeries in a safe and supervised environment. He had mentored and trained the current batch of Gynaecologic surgeons in NUH prior and ensured a smooth and systematic transition of continuity of patient care prior to private practice. He still goes back weekly as a Visiting Consultant to NUH to continue in this role.

An active advocate for women's health, Dr. Lin has organised various public educational events such as the Endometriosis Awareness Campaign and the Urogynaecology Awareness Week. This aims to raise awareness about endometriosis, its impact on women's lives, and the importance of early detection and treatment. Dr. Lin's commitment to public engagement includes speaking at Public Forums, GP Forums, and public awareness roadshows.
