Search and download "m-Plify" on the App Store or Google Play. ​
Log in with the same details you used to register. For care, simply use the app for telemedicine, or show your card in the app when visiting a GP panel clinic.

Fees are inclusive of GST and exclusive of medication, investigations, and treatment, unless otherwise stated. Benefits and rates may change from time to time. Member rates apply only when a valid payment card is added in the m-Plify app. Otherwise, payment will be collected at the clinic at prevailing walk-in rates. Member rates for GP consultations at HMI OneCare Clinics are not applicable on Public Holidays. HMI Medical and its affiliates reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or substitute the benefits at their discretion without prior notice.
