Jennifer is the General Counsel for HMI Medical. In her role, she is responsible for advising and overseeing the legal function and providing advisory support for the Group.

Jennifer was most recently with EY where she advised on mergers and acquisitions, alliances, partnerships, and network and corporate structuring matters for member firms in the Asia-Pacific. She has also previously led a regional legal team in advising and providing in-house legal support to member firms in ASEAN on corporate and commercial matters, and is experienced in advising on the provision of professional services including audit and consultancy services. She previously practiced as a lawyer specialising in corporate mergers and acquisitions at Allen & Gledhill LLP.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from the National University of Singapore, and a Graduate Certificate in Education and Master of Counselling from the University of Monash.
