Body Composition Screening
Weight or BMI alone doesn’t always reflect your true health. Some individuals who appear slim may still have higher visceral fat around internal organs, while others may have less muscle mass than expected.
This screening includes a DEXA body composition scan, baseline health checks, and a GP consultation to provide a clearer understanding of your fat and muscle distribution and overall body composition.
Add-on Option: The DEXA machine can also measure bone strength and density, providing a better understanding of your bone health and helping to identify early signs of osteoporosis risk. You can choose to add a Bone Mineral Density (BMD) scan during your appointment for a more complete picture of your bone and body health, for an additional fee.
