Terms & Conditions

1. Packages are valid till 30 June 2025.
2. The prices shown are before the application of the $50 employee benefit and are subject to prevailing GST.
3. A valid OCBC Group staff pass, or an image of the employee’s e-staff pass, must be presented on the day of the appointment to be eligible for the $50 employee benefit.
4. The $50 employee benefit is valid per transaction only and may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or employee benefit schemes.
5. The $50 employee benefit is valid for use with the following health screening packages only: Classic, Essential Plus, Classic Plus, Wellness, Gold, and Platinum. It is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable for cash, credits, rebates, or other services/products/packages.
6. Any $50 employee benefit not redeemed by the specified period will be forfeited, and the participant (employees and/or dependents) will no longer be eligible to claim it.
7. The $50 employee benefit is redeemable only at MHC Medical Centre (Amara) and HMI Medical Centre (Farrer Park).
8. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MHC/HMI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, withdraw, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be communicated through official channels, and MHC/HMI shall not have any liability whatsoever.
