- Packages are valid till 30th June 2025.
- Prices displayed are before the $50 DBS cardmembers' benefit is applied and subject to prevailing GST.
- A valid DBS card must be presented during payment be eligible for the cardmembers' benefit.
- Valid per transaction only and may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or cardmembers' benefit schemes.
- Only valid for use with the following eligible HMI packages: Classic, Essential Plus, Classic Plus, Wellness, Gold, Platinum, Emerald and Diamond. It is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable for cash, credits, rebates, or other services/products/packages.
- Any unredeemed discount after the above-stated period will be forfeited, and the participant (DBS cardmember &/or family and friends) shall have no further right to claim it thereafter.
- Only redeemable at MHC Medical Centre (Amara) and HMI Medical Centre (Farrer Park).
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MHC/HMI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, withdraw, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be communicated through official channels, and MHC/HMI shall not have any liability whatsoever.
