HMI Medical is expanding its primary care network with the opening of HMI OneCare Clinic Toa Payoh, bringing GP services, preventive health support and ongoing care for chronic conditions closer to residents in the heart of Toa Payoh Central.
The new clinic is the 39th location in the HMI OneCare Clinic network in Singapore and supports our continued investment in accessible, community-based primary care.
Supporting the health needs of the Toa Payoh community
Toa Payoh is one of Singapore’s most established neighbourhoods, with a diverse community spanning seniors, families and younger residents.
Located conveniently in Toa Payoh Central, the new HMI OneCare Clinic provides primary care for patients across different stages of life, from treatment for common illnesses and vaccinations to regular health screening and ongoing management of chronic conditions.
The clinic also supports national preventive health initiatives including Healthier SG, helping eligible residents build an ongoing relationship with their family doctor and take a more proactive approach to their health.
