HMI Medical Brings Health, Fun & Community Spirit to SG60 Heartland Celebrations

Across four vibrant locations, Punggol, Bishan, Yishun and Geylang, residents enjoyed a day filled with activities designed to inspire healthy living, foster togetherness and celebrate the nation’s milestone year.

A Celebration of Care and Connection

As part of our mission to empower families to live healthier and happier lives, HMI curated a diverse line-up of activities to cater to all ages. Young ones enjoyed completing special activity sheets to redeem limited-edition stickers, while adults took the opportunity to check in on their health with free BMI and blood pressure screenings. Visitors at Bishan could join in simple health games at the HMI Medical Centre booth to redeem exclusive gifts, and receive a complimentary Envision Dry Eye Test to safeguard their eye health.

At Yishun, participants had the chance to learn life-saving skills through a CPR challenge, test their empathy and understanding by wearing an ageing simulation suit, and explore how everyday challenges can impact seniors. In Geylang, residents took part in light exercise sessions, picked up useful health tips and discovered trusted health brands under HMI Medical. Complimentary goodie bags, first aid kits and a HMI One Gold Membership upgrade were available, adding even more cheer to the day.

Beyond the fun and festivities, the SG60 Heartland Celebrations were a reminder that caring for the nation begins with caring for one another. By bringing health education, preventive screenings and interactive experiences to the heartlands, HMI Medical reaffirmed our belief that wellness should be accessible, engaging and community-driven.

The celebrations ended with smiling faces, arms full of goodies and hearts full of national pride, a fitting tribute to six decades of Singapore’s progress and a shared vision for a healthier future.
