Dr Yong Fang Yue graduated from the Christian Medical College Vellore, India in 2001. He is trained in internal medicine and was conferred the membership for the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom. Dr Yong has clinical experience in medical, surgical, women, and child health. He gained such experience working in public and private hospitals in Malaysia and Singapore.

He was chosen to be part of the panel physician for the Australian and Canadian visa application process. Dr Yong also spent time as a faculty member of a basic life support training centre in Malaysia.

Besides that, Dr Yong worked in specialist units for general medicine and oncology. There, he actively participated in clinical care and clinical research.

Always doing his best to cultivate a good working relationship with his colleagues, Dr Yong has won several awards for providing excellent service while serving in public hospitals in Malaysia and Singapore.
