Having begun his journey as an Orthopaedic Trainee at Singapore General Hospital (SGH), Dr. Tay brings a refined surgical perspective to primary care. As a member of the College of Family Physicians Singapore, he is a firm believer that "to serve well is an honour", a vision that has guided his 50-year career in treating generations of families.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Tay is deeply embedded in Singapore’s social fabric. He has served on School Advisory Committees and held leadership roles in the Merchant Association and Bedok CC. An avid golfer, he also served as the President of Changi Golf Club.
