Introduction
Dr Liong received her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the National University of Singapore in 2021. She then attained Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) of Edinburgh in 2023. She is currently pursuing the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM).
She has since rotated through various departments across public hospitals, including Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery and Emergency Medicine. She has a special interest in Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic conditions.
In her free time, Dr Liong is an avid athlete who still plays volleyball competitively, enjoys surfing, snowboarding and climbing mountains. Mount Kinabalu was a breath of fresh air for her and she hopes to scale Mount Everest one day.
