Dr Lee Yanqing has been a dedicated physician with OneCare since 2017 and joined the management team as Deputy Medical Director (Operations) in 2021. In 2024, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, where he applied his operational expertise to improve efficiency, service delivery, and business sustainability across the organisation.

In addition to his clinical and leadership roles, Dr Lee brings strong corporate acumen to the table. He has led strategic initiatives across clinic operations, corporate healthcare partnerships, technology integration, and human capital development. His experience spans areas such as business planning, financial oversight, and cross-functional team leadership, contributing to the company’s growth and organisational resilience.

Dr Lee is committed to positioning HMI OneCare Clinic as a leading primary care group in Singapore, one that delivers accessible, quality healthcare with professionalism and operational excellence. He strives to build a trusted healthcare brand that not only serves the nation’s needs but also creates long-term value for patients, partners, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.

As a physician, Dr Lee has practiced in a variety of surgical, medical, and emergency postings in restructured hospitals. He gained a wealth of experience in ENT and Family Medicine in public institutions before joining the OneCare team.

He believes that good knowledge, skills and communication, coupled with genuine care for patients as well as addressing their ideas, concerns and expectations, are the simple secrets to forging enduring patient-doctor relationships and ensuring an effective and satisfying consultation.

Dr Lee graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and is an accredited Family Physician with the College of Family Physicians, Singapore. He is currently pursuing an executive MBA with NUS.
