Dr Ho graduated from National University of Singapore Faculty of Medicine in 1993. As a Resident in National University Hospital, he was involved in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Oncology, General Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology. In 2008, Dr Ho completed his Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine. Then, he registered as a Designated Workplace Doctor (All Hazards) with the Ministry of Manpower.

Subsequently, he was trained and certified in aviation medicine, hyperbaric & underwater medicine, exercise medicine and humanitarian medicine.

In 2013, Dr Ho completed the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine and was accredited as a Family Physician by Singapore Medical Council in the same year. He also has Certificates of Competency in aesthetics procedures.

Before joining OneCare, he practised in government polyclinics and major private medical group clinics for several years. There, he earned extensive clinical experience with local residential families, expatriates, and working adults.
