Dr Chikul Mittal is a seasoned clinician administrator with over 13 years of experience in various government-restructured hospitals in Singapore. Trained in community geriatrics, he focuses on care transitions starting in the hospital to the patient’s home. Dr Chikul also cares for vulnerable elderly in the community. As a strong supporter of ‘out of hospital’ care he is actively involved in advocacy for mental health and vaccinations.

Dr Chikul is well versed in various aspects of healthcare management including but not limited to clinical quality, accreditation, governance, analytics, care integration, innovation and development of new models of care. He has a keen interest in translational research and has published several articles on care-delivery redesign.

In November 2023, Dr Chikul joined the OneCare team. He serves as the group's Deputy Medical Director (Clinical Services and Projects).
