Introduction
Dr. Chew Sin Hong is a consultant neurologist dedicated to caring for people with brain and nervous system disorders. He graduated from the National University of Ireland and obtained his Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) from the United Kingdom. Driven by a deep passion for improving neurological care, he completed subspecialty training in neurology in Malaysia and further advanced his expertise with a prestigious Fellowship in Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology in Australia.
Dr. Chew is an active member of the Malaysian Society of Neurology (MSN), the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society (MDS), and the European Academy of Neurology (EAN). In recognition of his contributions to the field, he was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP).
His expertise covers a broad range of neurological conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, headache, and myasthenia gravis. He has a special interest in neuroimmunological diseases, especially Multiple Sclerosis and Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorders. Passionate about advancing knowledge and improving patient care, Dr. Chew has published extensively in respected journals such as the Journal of Neurology and Multiple Sclerosis and Related Disorders. His research focuses on improving the diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions to improve patients’ outcome and achieve a better quality of life.
