Introduction
Dr Lau is a specialist accreditation board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specialising in foot and ankle surgery. Upon completion of his residency, he was admitted as a fellow to the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. He subsequently underwent further sub-specialty training in Melbourne, Australia.
He is experienced in the management of sports-related injuries of the foot and ankle, including the use of arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery.
Dr Lau also uses the latest techniques in minimally invasive surgery (MIS) for the correction of bunions and forefoot deformities.
