Dr Amreena Shamit graduated with honours from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland in 2019 with a Bachelor of Medicine, Surgery and Obstetrics. She has since worked in a range of local hospital settings, including Intensive Care Medicine at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and Infectious Diseases at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID), where she developed a strong foundation in managing both acute and complex medical conditions.

She completed her Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) in August 2025 and is passionate about delivering holistic, compassionate care tailored to each patient’s needs.
