    Job Description & Requirements

    We are now looking for a Patient Service Officer to be part of the team at Farrer Park and Ngee Ann City

    The successful candidate will be performing the following duties, but not limited to:

    • Perform registration: key in patients’ data and register in the system.
    • Generate bill estimation form.
    • Advise patients on Medisave / medishield / private shield / corporate guarantees and to obtain signatures on the relevant forms.
    • Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required.
    • Providing advice on pre and post-procedure care
    • Following up with patients post-procedure
    • Assisting the doctor during consultations, surgical, medical, and aesthetic procedures
    • Booking of appointments in the system.
    • Alert and rectify duplicate patients’ records in the system.
    • Assist in training and guiding new and junior staff.
    • Collect deposit if required.
    • Handle billing, collection of payment (cash, NETS, credit cards, cheques) with integrity and accuracy.
    • Perform daily closing of collections and alert superiors on discrepancies if any.
    • Rotation between Ngee Ann City and Farrer Park Clinics

    Salary: Commensurate with experience.
