Preventive care at member rates
Present your HMI AffiniCare card in the HMI mPlify app during your visit to access member rates.
Flu Vaccination
Protect yourself against seasonal influenza with a flu vaccination at over 35 HMI OneCare clinics islandwide.

Health Screening

Fees are inclusive of GST and exclude medication, investigations, and treatment, unless otherwise stated. Benefits and rates may change from time to time. Member rates apply only when a valid payment card has been added in the HMI mPlify app. Otherwise, payment will be collected at the clinic at prevailing walk-in rates. Member rates for GP consultations at HMI OneCare Clinics are not applicable on Public Holidays. HMI Medical and its affiliates reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or substitute the benefits at their discretion without prior notice.
