Jes Mie joined HMI Group in January 2017 and currently leads the corporate development function, which encompasses merger and acquisition activities, fundraising, corporate strategy, integration, business intelligence, and automation for the Group and its subsidiaries.

With over 16 years of experience as an investment professional, Jes Mie has a diverse background in strategy, deal advisory, and investments. Prior to her tenure at HMI Group, she was part of the Strategic Investment team at ITOCHU, one of Japan's largest trading houses, where she focused on strategic investments in Southeast Asia across various sectors. Her career in investments was preceded by her role at PwC Singapore Deals Advisory, where she joined as the Management Associate Program and gained comprehensive experience by rotating through corporate finance, valuation, and due diligence functions.

Jes Mie holds a Bachelor of Business, with a double major in Finance and Strategic Human Resource Management from Nanyang Technological University. She was awarded The Nanyang Scholarship for her undergraduate achievements.
