Kenneth Low is the Managing Director of HMI Managed Healthcare (MHC).

In this role, he is responsible for leading the next phase of growth for the third-party administration (TPA) business, working closely with the rest of HMI Medical's senior leadership to strengthen the company’s market leadership and service excellence in Singapore.

Kenneth brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience with a strong track record of scaling businesses and driving innovation. His vast expertise spans across multiple industries including healthcare, medtech, fintech, eCommerce, and hospitality. Prior to joining MHC, Kenneth served as Vice President and Commercial Director at Doctor Anywhere, where he led the company’s business development strategy, built key client partnerships, fostered operational excellence and drove an integrated approach to B2B2C marketing. He was also concurrently the Head of their TPA business unit. Kenneth also held regional leadership positions at PayPal and InterContinental Hotels Group, where he was responsible for driving strategic growth plans across Asia Pacific. With a passion for digital transformation and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Kenneth co-founded Arcadier Group, a global SaaS marketplace platform, and played a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision and strategy.

Kenneth’s multidisciplinary expertise and entrepreneurial mindset make him well-positioned to lead MHC's business towards a future with innovative and digital-first solutions that supports customer-centric experiences.

He is also a certified Chartered Accountant in Singapore and Australia, with an MBA from the University of Oxford.
