Her career trajectory spans primary healthcare operations, private hospital management, and leading a start-up ambulatory care centre. Jeslyn expresses gratitude for her industry journey, which has fueled her passion for learning and exposure across various domains.

At HMI Medical Centre, she leads strategic expansion of medical services, drives operational excellence, cultivates quality patient care, and propels financial growth. Notable achievements include managing special projects during the COVID-19 pandemic and overseeing seven Community Care Facilities (CCFs).

Her healthcare journey began at National Healthcare Group Polyclinic, where she contributed to key milestones like Polyclinic Modernization and Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation, transforming clinics with integrated services, electronic records, and service enhancements. She subsequently led operations, business development, and JCI accreditation for Gleneagles Hospital's Operating Theatres and Sterilization Services. These experiences have equipped Jeslyn with the expertise to establish HMI Medical Centre from inception.
