HMI Medical is proud to collaborate with Singlife and Novo Nordisk Singapore on the launch of Singapore’s first insurer-led chronic care programme for weight management.

Addressing the critical need for proactive health solutions, the landmark initiative connects patients with structured, doctor-led medical care across HMI Medical's network.

This partnership helps address those barriers by making structured, evidence-based care easier to access through more than 25 clinics islandwide and telemedicine, while supporting patients with appropriate treatment over time and helping them better manage related metabolic risks such as diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular conditions.
