Both hospitals are approved for eligible MediSave use for overseas elective hospitalisation and day surgery, subject to applicable requirements and withdrawal limits.

Our Patient Service Centre can assist with referral, appointments, cost information, MediSave arrangements and travel coordination where required.
Using MediSave for treatment in Malaysia
Eligible Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may use their own or an eligible immediate family member's MediSave for approved overseas elective treatments at accredited hospitals, subject to applicable MediSave withdrawal limits. For treatment through HMI, patients must obtain the required referral through HMI in Singapore before treatment.
Regency Specialist Hospital in Johor and Mahkota Medical Centre in Melaka are approved overseas hospitals under HMI's MediSave overseas elective treatment arrangement.
