Introduction
Dr Yaw Chong Hwa is a Consultant Physician and Nephrologist in practice since 2013. His primary passion lies in the management of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and other related complications, while his areas of special interest include Comprehensive Care in Diabetes Mellitus, Renal Replacement Therapy/Dialysis and Acute Febrile Illness. His non-clinical work involves speaking at various conferences in regards to the management of CKD and Diabetes Mellitus.
