Dr Ting Sing Chuen is a consultant at Regency Specialist Hospital. He graduated with a medical degree from China Medical University, Taiwan in 1997. He was certified as a General Surgeon by the Department of Health, Executive Yuan, Taiwan in 2003. Currently, he is a Board-Certified General Surgeon with the National Specialist Register (NSR).
