Introduction
Dr Joan Gan obtained her MBBS from International Medical University (IMU) in 2010. She pursued her interest in General Surgery and obtained her Doctor of Surgery from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2021. Dr Joan Gan is a registered specialist in General Surgery. In addition to general surgery, her special interest is in breast surgery in which she has undergone 6 months of clinical training with the Breast Surgery Department at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Linkou, Taiwan.
