Dr Ow graduated from Bart’s and the University of London in 2005. During his time in London, he served as a Medical Officer for 2 years. Then he decided to make the trip back to Singapore. Upon returning to Singapore, he went on to practise in various specialties to gain invaluable experience in public healthcare institutions. In 2013, he obtained his Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore.
