Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our Corporate Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate finance, with a strong understanding of financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic financial analysis. You will play a key role in supporting senior leadership with critical financial decision-making and the execution of strategic initiatives and projects currently in the pipeline. You will gain exposure to the Group’s businesses and expanded knowledge of the growing healthcare industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the quantitative and qualitative evaluation of potential investment opportunities and projects across Southeast AsiaSupport the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial analysis, valuation analysis, financial modeling, and deal structuring.
  • Support the execution of capital raising, debt financing, and equity offerings, including preparing materials for internal and external stakeholders.Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks to provide insights that guide financial strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, senior leadership, and external parties such as legal, tax and other advisory teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Prepare financial presentations, reports, and board-level materials for senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline financial processes and models to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • A good university degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in big 4 corporate finance, financial advisory or investment bankingStrong financial modelling, valuation and financial analysis
  • Hands-on experience with M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and deal execution.
  • A strong team player that is self-driven, responsive, positive attitude and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial information and present it in a clear, concise manner to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Resourceful and strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and other financial analysis/AI tools
  • Prior exposure/experience in healthcare sector preferred
