Kabita is the CEO of MHC Asia Group, a leading healthcare provider in Singapore with a 30-year history.

Kabita brings a unique perspective to her leadership role. A driving force behind her leadership of MHC is to ensure every Singaporean gets access to better healthcare with focus on early detection and disease (physical and mental) prevention, through screenings and self-management. She champions the use of technology and data analytics to streamline processes, connect stakeholders, and enhance efficiency throughout the healthcare delivery chain. Her goal is to increase transparency, lower costs, and improve overall productivity, ultimately benefiting patients and providers alike.

Kabita believes in mental wellness advocacy and supports efforts to provide greater awareness on this issue as well as challenging stereotypes and promoting acceptance and inclusivity. Kabita is also very passionate about neurodiversity and strongly supports inclusivity efforts to bring more awareness to the needs and issues of the “special needs” community in Singapore.

Kabita comes with 27 years of experience in financial services, including corporate banking, insurance, employee benefits, bancassurance and healthcare management. She has an honors degree in Economics and an MBA.
